My wife’s Jeep Grand Cherokee was needing a new set of tires and I am very impressed with the level of service my wife and I received. I picked out the set of tires I wanted to have installed. Had a flat tire from road debris coming into Eau Claire from out of town just as I arrived at the motel. I put on the spare tire donut in the morning and arrived just before the shop opened the the advice of the motel clerk and google reviews. They fit me right in and reinstalled the tire. I was on the road at 800 am. Super nice guys, the wrench and I chatted about microbeers and Montana. They front desk gave me a great price for the work. Thanks guys! Off to Blue Ox music festival 2018.
They always try to sell you the most expensive tires. Then you go on their website and find much more affordable options. Some of the staff are friendly and some of the staff are extremely rude.
Questioned my bill at the end, wouldn't show me the invoice breakdown until after I paid. I had just come off 3 night shifts, looked at the invoice later and they charged me $140 roadside assistance fee when I definitely wasn't ask if I wanted that.
10/10 recommend
Been buying tires here for years and had our vehicles worked on. Best prices, great customer service, you wont find a better tire&auto shop in town.
